- Region Prep Swimmers - Water practice from 4:30-6p, dryland from 6-30p
- Caveat - "C" swimmers practice from 4:30-5:30, dryland 5:30-6p
- Divers - 4:30 to 6:30p
- Wednesday's Practice (1/2 day) : everyone 12:30-2:30p ("C" team 12:30-2:00p)
