Come down from your fences

Weights

3 x {10 x 10 shoulder raises with dumbells
      {12 reps bench press
      {12 reps seated rows
      {12 reps leg press
      {17 reps weighted sit-ups
      {12 reps barbell lunges


1st round - once East facing lap (karaoke to right, run, karaoke to left, backpedal) after each exercise
2nd round - 23 wrist curls with 25 pound dumbells
3rd round - side box jumps 7 cycles (up, over, down, up, over, down)
