2 x fence perimeter climb/run

hill lunge w/med ball

3 x 20 overhead passes w/med ball
run hill after each set

2 x running the hill fast

30 pushups

Swimming:
1 x 300 ch

deep end over unders

8 x 50 swim/fk @ 1:00 EN2

8 x 25 sprint flutter k @ 1:00 SP3

20 minutes backstroke technique

4 x 50 @ 2:00 tough guys SP3
