10 x 50 on 1:15 in deep end, climb out at each wall EN2
400 IM (100 im x4) EN2 get HR
8 x 100 on 1:40 fk w/fins EN2
get HR every other
300 ch EN1
10 x 50 tough guys on 1:15 EN2+
