Focus: Open-hip kick w/ full range of motion with top-leg & balanced output.
8x25@My Go, mid-pool free flip turns w/ turn-t’s
4x25@My Go, mid-pool w/ brst pull-out w/ turn t’s
4x200@5:00 Alternate K flutter w/ fins & S fr
Results: Swimmers responded well to open-hip kick. Increased comfort zone for uw DK & increased coordination & patience for brst pull-out. Initial challenge set successful.
Conclusion: Continue kick work & increase detailed analysis/description of specific motion/muscle control.
