5 x 200 IM to Back progressive on 2:45 EN2#1 is all IM, then add a 50 Back from the 50 Free forward on each subsequent 200 [this will mean doing two of the 50 Fly, 150 Back][Eddie & Clinton can do this set on the 3:00 if necessary]
