If you only do what you know you can do, you never do very much

Weights

3 x {10 delt flys with dumbells
      {8 reps bench press
      {8 reps pull-overs
      {8 reps leg press
      {12 reps weighted sit-ups
      {8 reps barbell lunges


1st round once East facing lap (karaoke to right, run, karaoke to left, backpedal) after each exercise
2nd round 10 wrist twisters, control up and down
3rd side box jumps 5 cycles (up, over, down, up, over, down)
