I have been giving USA Swimming a lot of grief lately about policies, rules, etc. But I have to give them some props on this. It looks way cool, and I think it will end up being a nice motivational tool for swimmers and coaches. Check it out.
I think this could be a big hit. I can't wait to start using it with my swimmers.
