3 x {8 x squats on bosu ball
      {8 x t-bar rows
      {8 x lat pull downs
      {8 x cleans
      {8 x military press

1st round - 5 box jumps after each exercise
2nd round - 1 lap around track after each exercise
3rd round - 10 knee ups (on pull up bar)
